2012
SR Jindal Award
SR Jindal Foundation recognized the work of SOS Children’s Villages India for children in need and bestowed on the prestigious 'S R Jindal award'. The award was presented by Sri Sri Ravi Shankar and Mr. R C Lahoti in a ceremony on December 3rd, 2012 in New Delhi. This award carries a cash prize of INR 50 Lacs. In the category of ‘Education - WithEmphasis on Moral Upliftment’, SOS Children’s Villages shared the award with Vivekanand Kendra.

2009
PHD Chamber Annual Awards for Excellence
The award was presented of 23rd December, 2009 by Mr. Pranab Mukherjee, Hon’ble Finance Minister of India. This award is given for the outstanding contribution to socialwelfare.

Godfrey Phillips Bravery Award​
This award comes under the category of Social Acts of Courage for its yeomen service to the society by educating children. The Award ceremony took place at Jaipur on December 23, 2009. The Chief Guest for the event was the Honourable Army Commander of the South Western Command, Lt. General C K S Sabu, AVSM, VSM, ADC, who would be presenting the Awards. The award ceremony took place in 3 states - Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan and Gujarat.
