Mr. Rakesh Jinsi
×Mr. Jinsi, an Electrical Engineer by education, is a distinguished professional with a very diverse and extensive work experience in the Automobile, Not for Profit and Education sectors.
He has held leadership positions with organisations such as Eicher, Hero Motors, Force Motors, Tatra Trucks, New Holland Fiat Tractors, SOS Children's Villages and School Of Inspired Leadership.
In the past, he has served as an Independent Director on the boards of many large organisations like Schaeffler India Ltd., Minda Automotive Solutions, Hero Cycles et cetera.
He currently serves as an Independent Director on the board of Fairfield Asia, a part of the Dana group and as Chairperson of Khushboo Welfare Society. Mr. Jinsi is also an empaneled Coach/Mentor for senior level executives and also works with small and medium size organisations, helping them scale up their business.

×I, Seema Anand Chopra, was born and brought up in Delhi, studied Journalism – my passion, at Delhi University. I started my career as a freelance Journalist in the summer of 1987 for various leading national newspapers and magazines and am a regular contributor to them. Needless to say, my career is a fine balance between literary and social work.
While researching the various forms of Ram-Kathas in India, I came across Rare-books at the Indira Gandhi National Centre for Arts- IGNCA, New Delhi during the research and took up reviewing some of them. I got quite involved with this research work that I ended up presenting well attended Talks with Power Point Presentations based on the collection of – The Complete Works of Sir William Jones at the prestigious Habitat Centre and IGNCA auditorium.
Besides writing columns on travel, Indian art and handicrafts, I have contributed papers to an International publication on Fire-walking and to the ninth book in the set of Eleven Reference Books on Indian Paintings and Folk Art- state wise; in Delhi University.
All my work is based on my personal visits, experience and thorough research. My effort always remains to encourage and guide young people who wish to take up writing and research.
I came up with a Coffee Table Book – Timeless Trails in the year 2012; based upon researched unique travel destinations articles, published in national newspapers and magazines, and its second part is out now and has received rave reviews from leading newspapers of the country. Timeless Trails has found place in the best Libraries of Delhi- Habitat Centre Library, NMML-Nehru Memorial Museum Library – Teen Murti Bhavan and IGNCA-Indira Gandhi National Centre for Arts Kalanidhi
Additionally, I keep myself occupied with community activities; as I work as a Trustee of the Mata Pushpa Gujral Nari Niketan – a Home for children and A.N. Gujral School, Jalandhar. It was established by the parents of the former Prime Minister – late Shree I K Gujral, today headed by his son member parliament Shree Naresh Gujral.
Being the Director on the National board of SOS Children Villages of India – Homes for children with 32 centres in India, spread in 135 countries, our endeavour is ‘A loving home for every child’. Also, I am a member of the NGO – Goonj and Secretary to Udaan Educational Society, Jalandhar which caters to Children with Special Needs and an active participating Executive – member of the Saksham Society for the Visually Impaired.
Personal Bio
My family runs the Hind Samachar group of newspapers – Punjab Kesri, Jag Bani and Hind Samachar. Arvind Chopra – my husband, is the Director of Punjab Kesri group, his father Shree Romesh Chanderji and his grandfather Shree Jagat Narain ji were renowned politicians, writers and founders of the Punjab Kesri group of newspapers. His uncle Padamshree Shree Vijay Chopraji heads the publications presently; a family of true Gandhians and freedom-fighters.

×Lt Col Atul Bakshi (Retd) is a veteran Civil Engineer with specialization in Environmental Engineering from IIT, Kanpur and in Management from IIM, Lucknow. He has over three decades of cross-functional leadership experience, with particular expertise in Construction, Procurement and Program Implementation - specialising in - large scale operations & projects, spread across vast geographic areas, as well as in - providing strategic and operational leadership in conceptualizing and implementing programs - specially in education and sanitation domains.
Proven effective leader and mentor; creative problem solver, capable of out of the box thinking. He has worked in a variety of challenging leadership roles in operational units, development sector programs, construction agencies, infrastructure/ estate/ townships management agencies as well as agencies in crisis management. He has an impressive track record of consistently delivering in time on cost, quality and people metrics.
Atul has worked with world class organisations like The Indian Army, Military Engineering Services (MES), Army Welfare Housing Organisation, Educomp, Ramky Enviro Engineers Ltd. He was the Head of Construction, Procurement and Sanitation programs at Bharti Foundation in his last role from 2009 to 2021. Since then he has been on a sabbatical and is focusing on giving back to the Society.
