Yes! All donations to SOS Children's Villages India are eligible for 50% tax exemption under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act. You will receive an official receipt for claiming deductions.
81% of every donation goes directly to our programmes — supporting children in family-like care, education, emergency childcare, skill training and employment. Only 11% goes to administration and 8% to fundraising activities.
Yes. You will receive an official tax receipt via email within 7 working days of your donation. This can be used for 80G tax exemption purposes.
Absolutely. You can set up a monthly recurring donation of any amount. This allows you to spread your giving across the year while providing sustained support to children in need.
Yes. All transactions are processed through PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways. Your card and banking details are never stored on our servers.
Yes. You can direct your donation towards a specific programme — such as Education, Emergency Care, Skill Training, or Family Strengthening — at the time of checkout.
For your 80G certificate we require your full name, PAN number, address, and email. These can be submitted at the time of donation or shared with us afterwards.
