V. Krishnan
Following a 37-year corporate career, Mr. Krishnan transitioned to independent consultancy in April 2023 as a Leadership & HR Advisor and Executive Coach. Having served as the CHRO at Dabur and Havells for a decade, he now partners with Indian organizations on Promoter and C-Suite alignment, talent management, and HR-Tech. His coaching practice extends to senior leaders in the Middle East and the US, while his work with Stanford Seed provides strategic advisory to SMEs in Africa and India. An MBA from FMS, Delhi University, and a BE (Mechanical) with Honors, he is an ICF-accredited PCC and an Executive Board Member of the ICF Delhi-NCR Chapter.
